Where is the Articuland Tour Austin event being held?

At the JW Marriott Austin Ballroom Salon 4, located at 110 East 2nd Street, Austin, Texas, USA, 78701.

What parking and valet options are available?

Self-parking is available at the hotel, with prices varying depending on the day. Public parking is available on 2nd Street at the Austin Convention Center, which is typically around $15/day.

Where can I pick up my name badge?

You can pick up your name badge on-site at the Articuland registration desk in Grand Ballroom Salon 4 between 8 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on the day of the event.

What is the cancellation policy?
  • If canceling on or before April 17th, you’ll receive a 100% refund.
  • If canceling on or before April 24th, you will receive a 50% refund. 
  • There will be no refunds for cancellations made on or after May 8th.
