Not at all! Anyone can attend this event with a paid ticket.

What’s included in my registration fee?

Where is the Articuland Summit Boston event being held?

At the Hilton Boston Park Plaza, Mezzanine level, located at 50 Park Plaza, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, 02116.

Is there a block of rooms reserved at the event hotel for attendees?

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza for Summit attendees on September 10th, 11th, and 12th. 

  • The nightly room rate is $339.00 plus tax. Book your room before August 10th to take advantage of the discounted rate.
  • Book via the reservation portal or call the Hilton’s 24/7 Reservation Department at 617-457-2290. Press #2 for groups and be sure to request Group Code 99C to receive the discounted Articuland Summit nightly room rate of $339.00 plus tax.
  • Cancellations must be received no later than (3) days prior to your check-in date before 3:00 p.m. ET. Any cancellations after that time will be charged one night's room and tax.
What parking and valet options are available?

We recommend ridesharing or carpooling, but the Hilton Boston Park Plaza Hotel offers valet parking for $68 a day. Additionally, public parking (daily and overnight) is available one block behind the hotel at The 200 Stuart Street Garage.

Where can I pick up my name badge?

On-site at the Articuland registration desk during the following dates and times:

  • Wednesday, September 10th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 11th from  8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
What is the cancellation policy?
  • If canceling on or before August 21st, you’ll receive a 100% refund.
  • If canceling on or before August 28th, you’ll receive a 50% refund. 
  • There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to September 11th.
How can I convince my supervisor to let me attend?
